Founded in April 1975 as Air Control in Charlotte, NC, Bradham Comfort Services began as a small, two-man operation led by brothers Larry and Rodney Bradham. With degrees in HVAC from a local community college, they brought their expertise and commitment to customer care to the residential replacement and service market. Their dedication set them apart, and as their reputation grew, so did the company.

In the 1980s, as our service offerings expanded, we rebranded to Bradham Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. This change reflected our growing capabilities while maintaining the core values instilled in us by our parents: hard work, honesty, and the value of a job well done. Over the years, our business flourished primarily through referrals from family, friends, and loyal customers. By focusing on transparency and offering flat-rate pricing, we built a stable company that prioritizes the needs of our customers.

As we entered 2024, we recognized that our evolution warranted another update. We are thrilled to announce that Bradham Brothers Inc. is now Bradham Comfort Services. This name change reflects our commitment to not only providing top-notch HVAC services but also our recent expansion into in-house electrical work. Alongside this rebranding, we introduce Bradham Power Services, which will specifically cover our generator solutions. This new direction allows us to offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to keep your home comfortable and functional.

Despite the changes in our branding, the Bradham family legacy remains strong. Our new logo badge features the letter “B,” symbolizing both our history and our commitment to quality service. Our core values and dedication to excellence will continue to guide our work as we grow and adapt to meet your needs.

Our team, which has grown to around 50 co-workers, is an extension of the Bradham family. We value trustworthiness, fairness, and attention to detail, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality work and unparalleled service. Our General Manager, Pete Bradham, emphasizes, “We believe our co-workers are the best at what they do. We attend updated training sessions throughout the year to stay current with all changes in technology and mechanical codes.”

At Bradham Comfort Services, we hold licenses in North Carolina (#6753 & #18785) and South Carolina (#3455), maintain an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau, and feature NATE-certified technicians.
